Page Rank 6 DoFollow Technology Blog?Good to make your blog dofollow?

I found this new Technology Blog, that says it is a Dofollow blog, I was really surprised to see a Google Page Rank 6 Tech Blog that was Dofollow, What use would it have of being a Dofollow, it already has a Page Rank of 6, it would probably have a good SEO and SERP Results so it does not make sense to be a Dofollow blog.

The Tech Blog I was talking about is JVF Consulting, I know you will probably go ahead and try to comment there, but do read the whole article and then proceed, you might pick up some useful knowledge.

Is it Good to make your blog Dofollow?

Yes or No, depending on what your blogs status is in the search engines, If your blog is a new one and you want people to notice, then you can register yourself in Dofollow Directories or write a post to say that your blog is Dofollow, it will definitely bring some other new bloggers who want to get a easy back-link to their Blog.You will probably get a lot of traffic for that post and some bloggers may even link back to you in a post saying that your blog is Dofollow.

If you have an established blog, then you may not really need to be a Dofollow, you do not need to use these tactics to get Traffic from Search.

Google Social Network Google+ Vs Facebook?What are the new features?

Google+ is the new Google Social Network, a website which Google Believes is finally capable of beating Facebook at its own game, that is Social Networking.If anyone could beat Facebook, it would have to be Google, as no single individual or small time company would have been able to come up with sheer amount of work and capital required to beat Facebook in Social Networking.

Google+ Vs Facebook?
At the moment its Facebook all the way as Google has not made Google+ Live for ordinary people to use, it is currently being tested by a group of selected people to run the new website and see the flow and working of the new Social Networking Site.

Google seems to have taken a cue from Blue color of Facebook for coloring the Google Buzz website, which was mainly a flop, but new they have exceeded Buzz and added quite a few new features such as Sparks and Huddle.

Sparks is like Facebook Wall, it gathers popular Photos and Videos and displays it to the user.

Huddle is a new feature that will allow users to Video Chat in a Group.

The New Google+ is also available for iPhone in Google+ for iPhone.

Google Also seems to have done what Facebook did at the start of its venture, Exclusivity.Only a few people are allowed to use Google+, on what basis people are chosen is not clear yet.Originally Facebook allowed only those people who had a Harvard.edu e-Mail.


Well, it is up for the world to decide when Google+ Goes Live, Until then we have to wait.

Top Indian Tech Blog|Best Indian Technology Blog - Labnol.Org

Today I would like to write a post about the best Indian Technology Blog - Labnol.Org, There is no doubt that Labnol.Org is the best Tech Blog Out there in India.The editor Amit Agarwal has spent nearly 7 or 8 years of his life developing the blog and is now reaping the rewards for such a commitment, he is getting all the good reviews, fans, money as well as a world wide recognition.He was a software engineer working for Goldman Sachs before he got into full time blogging.

Labnol.Org has an Alexa Rank of 1500, which is just awesome.The Technology Blog also has a Google Page Rank of about 5, My best blog about Multiple topics called Pet Bird Interaction is only a Page Rank 3 and Alexa Rank 180K, So it goes to show how good the Technology Blog is.Take a look at the Traffic Stats of Labnol.org, which was previously labnol.blogspot.com

The Tech Blog has about 110K followers who read it on feed-burner each day and has a lot many followers on Facebook and Twitter accounts of the Blog.

One Day I wish for my blog to have the same stats.

Tumblr Hits 400 Million Page Views a day / 8.4 Billion a Month!Traffic Stats

Tumblr is one of the Biggest Website around and I am Surprised that it is not present in the Top Ten Alexa Rank Websites in the world, this goes to show that Alexa Rank cannot be totally Accurate.

Tumblr was a Website that was getting about 300 or 350 million page views a month like a year or two ago, but now somehow the traffic for Tumblr has increased 30 fold and each day it gets around 400 Million Page Views which means at least 150 Million Unique Visits from around the world.Tumblr also rakes in 8.4 Billion Page Views a year, which is totally extra ordinary.It is estimated that Tumblr Spends millions on Server needs itself for such a high traffic website, Why not just host it on Blogger, eh?


So What is Tumblr?
A feature rich and free blog hosting platform offering professional and fully customizable templates, bookmarklets, photos, mobile apps Etc, Which means its making a lot of Money.
